CLIENT CHARTER
We pledge and committed to provide efficient, professional, ethical and friendly service to our customers as such :-
Corporate Service
- To Provide feedback to the application of visiting UPSI within three working days upon receiving the application letter.
- To Provide feedback to the souvenir’s applicant within three (3) working days upon receiving the souvenir application form.
Media Service
- To Provide notes to the writer for media broadcasting a day before the event.
- To Release an inviting letter to the media five (5) working days before the event.
Photography Service
- To Provide feedback on photography services to the applicant within three (3) working days before the event.
- To Ensure the photos will be uploaded in Online Gallery within ten days (10) days after the event was held.
Corporate Graphic Service
- To Provide layout and design within seven (7) working days upon receiving the application form.
Production and Social Media Service
- To coordinate the information that will be uploaded to the website within one (1) working day upon receiving the information.
- To submit copy of non-edit recording video is executed within two (2) weeks after the recording is made to the subscriber.
Report Management Service
- Counter service for all transactions is entertained within five (5) minutes.
- To Produce acknowledgement letter to the customer within one (1) working days upon receiving the complaint.
- To Transmit that complaint to the respective centre within three (3) working days upon receiving the complaint.
- To Respond to the complaint in newspaper on the same day or one (1) working days upon receiving the complaint.
- To Provide feedback to the Public Complaint Bureau within seven (7) working days upon receiving the complaint.
