OBJECTIVE

  • Organising implementation, advisement, and negotiation in term of event management and protocol of university;
  • Setting up information announcement, news, promotions, and publicity through printed media, electronic media, and latest media;
  • Running university’s photography and videography for documentation process;
  • Organising graphic design for university’s corporate publication;
  • Managing and coordinating information counter service, university’s telephonist, feedbacks, and customers’ charter;

QUALITY OBJECTIVE

  • Ensuring 90% of reports from customers will be solved within the period of time agreed;
  • Providing letters after of confirming the reports/complaints received within one (1) working day from the date the reports/complaints received.
