OBJECTIVE

  • To Organise the implementation, advisement, and negotiation in terms of event management and protocol of university;
  • Setting up announcement of information, news, promotions, and publicity through printed media, electronic media, and latest media;
  • To manage the university’s photography and videography for documentation process;
  • Organising graphic design for university’s corporate publication;
  • To manage and coordinate information counter service, university’s telephonist, feedbacks, and customers’ charter;

QUALITY OBJECTIVE

  • To ensure 90% of reports from customers will be solved within the period of time agreed;
  • To provide letters after of confirming the reports/complaints received within one (1) working day from the date the reports/complaints received.
